Betting should always be an enjoyable experience. Naga303 is committed to ensuring every Malaysian member has the tools, information, and support needed to play responsibly — and to seek help when it matters most.
Our Commitment
At Naga303, responsible gambling is not a compliance box to tick — it is a core part of how we operate. We believe that the best betting experience is one where members stay in full control of their activity, their time, and their money.
The vast majority of our members — across Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and beyond — enjoy Naga303 exactly as it was intended: as an entertainment platform. Watching a Liga Super Malaysia match is more exciting with a small stake on the line. An EPL weekend feels sharper with a mix parlay going. A late-night baccarat session at the live casino is a way to unwind, not a way to make a living.
That mindset — gambling as entertainment — is what responsible gambling is fundamentally about. It means setting a budget you are comfortable losing. It means betting with disposable income only. It means stepping away when it stops being fun. And it means recognising when the habit has shifted from entertainment to something more concerning.
Naga303 maintains a suite of account-level tools that give every member direct control over their gambling activity. These tools are available to all registered members at any time, free of charge, with no waiting period for restrictions and no questions asked. If you are ever unsure about your gambling habits, we strongly encourage you to use these tools proactively — not reactively.
Account Control Tools
All six tools below are built directly into your Naga303 account. Access them anytime under Account Settings. No fees, no delays, no barriers.
Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap on your account. Once your limit is set, no further deposits are accepted beyond that threshold until the period resets. Requests to lower your limit take effect immediately. Requests to raise a limit are subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.
Set a ceiling on how much you can lose per day, week, or month. When your cumulative net loss for the period reaches your set limit, betting activity is temporarily paused for that period. This tool prevents runaway session losses before they become a problem.
Set a maximum continuous session duration. When your session timer expires, you will be automatically logged out of your account. You will also receive optional session reminder prompts — for example, a notification after 30 or 60 minutes of continuous play.
Need a break without committing to a full self-exclusion? A cooling-off period temporarily restricts your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot deposit or place bets. Cooling-off periods take effect immediately and cannot be shortened once activated.
For members who need a longer break or wish to stop gambling entirely, self-exclusion is available for a minimum period of six months or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are actioned promptly by our responsible gambling team. A self-exclusion cannot be reversed for the duration of the chosen period, regardless of circumstance.
Request a full statement of your betting activity, deposit and withdrawal history, and time spent on the Platform for any period. Reviewing your activity statement is one of the most effective ways to assess your gambling habits objectively and make informed decisions.
Awareness
Problem gambling rarely develops overnight. It typically progresses gradually, and many people do not recognise the signs until the habit has already caused significant harm. If any of the following apply to you or someone you know, it may be time to take action.
Spending more time or money gambling than originally intended, and feeling unable to stop once a session has started.
Chasing losses — placing further bets in an attempt to win back money already lost, regardless of the original budget.
Gambling with money needed for essential expenses such as rent, utilities, groceries, or loan repayments.
Hiding gambling activity from family, friends, or colleagues, or lying about the extent of losses incurred.
Feeling restless, irritable, or anxious when not gambling, or using gambling as a way to escape stress, anxiety, or emotional difficulties.
Neglecting work, family responsibilities, or personal health as a result of time or money spent gambling.
Borrowing money or selling personal assets to fund gambling activity.
Repeated unsuccessful attempts to reduce, control, or stop gambling despite wanting to.
Answer honestly — for your own awareness, not for us.
Have you ever bet more than you could afford to lose?
Have you ever felt the need to bet with larger amounts of money to get the same level of excitement?
Have you ever returned to try to win back money you lost?
Have you ever borrowed money or sold anything to fund gambling?
Have you ever felt your gambling was causing problems with your family, work, or finances?
Have you ever tried to stop gambling but found you couldn't?
Have you ever hidden your gambling activity from someone close to you?

Platform Standards
Responsible gambling is not just about the tools we give members — it is also about the operating standards we hold ourselves to. Here is what we do on our end.
Every account is subject to mandatory KYC age verification. No withdrawal is processed without a verified date of birth confirming the member is 21 or older. We conduct random re-verification checks.
Members who have activated self-exclusion are immediately removed from all marketing communications. We will never send promotions, bonus offers, or re-engagement messages to self-excluded members.
Our platform monitors for patterns indicative of problem gambling — including rapid loss chasing, sudden large deposit increases, and extended uninterrupted sessions. Flagged accounts receive proactive outreach from our team.
All Naga303 customer support staff receive regular responsible gambling training. Team members are equipped to recognise vulnerability indicators and to respond to gambling-related support requests with care and competence.
Naga303 does not market to persons under 21, does not use content that glamorises excessive gambling, and ensures that all promotional material complies with responsible advertising standards, including mandatory 21+ disclaimers.
Our responsible gambling policies are reviewed at least annually by our compliance team. We actively monitor developments in gambling harm research and industry best practice to keep our framework current and effective.
Naga303 is built for players who want to enjoy great betting — Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, live casino, and more — while staying in full control. All the tools are there. The support is always available. Play smart, play safe.
