These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "you") and Naga303 ("Naga303", "the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the Naga303 online gaming platform accessible at naga303.cam and all associated mobile-optimised interfaces, subdomains, and services (collectively, "the Platform").

Naga303 operates as an online casino and sports betting platform serving members primarily located in Malaysia, including Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and other regions across the country. The Platform provides online casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, La Liga, UFC, and other events — and related gaming services denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read and fully understood these Terms and agree to be unconditionally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Member on the Platform, through which the Member accesses services and manages funds.
• "Balance" means the total MYR-denominated funds held in a Member's Account at any given time, including real-money funds and any applicable bonus credit where stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet credit, cashback credit, or other non-cash value credited to a Member's Account under an applicable promotion, subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required prior to full account activation and withdrawal processing.
• "Member" means any natural person who has successfully registered an account on the Platform and whose account is in good standing.
• "Platform" means the Naga303 website, mobile-optimised browser interface, and all associated gaming services operated under the naga303.cam domain.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on a sports betting market, casino game, live table, or other gaming product available on the Platform.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of real-money funds from a Member's Account Balance to a verified payment method registered to the Member.
• "Supported Payment Methods" means the payment channels approved by Naga303 for deposits and withdrawals, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost Wallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Visa/Mastercard debit cards, Bitcoin (BTC), and USDT, as updated from time to time.

Membership and use of the Naga303 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied in full at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of membership:

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. Naga303 operates a strict 21+ minimum age policy. Any Member found to be under the age of 21 will have their account immediately suspended, all funds frozen pending investigation, and any winnings derived from betting activity will be forfeited in their entirety.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under guardianship, persons subject to court orders restricting their financial activity, or persons otherwise lacking legal capacity are not permitted to register.
3. Single Account Restriction: Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, different identities, or through proxy means — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
4. Accurate Information: All registration information provided must be accurate, complete, and current. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if your circumstances change.
5. Not a Restricted Person: You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, consultant, director, or officer of Naga303, nor an immediate family member of such a person. You must not be located in or resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

To become a registered Member, you must complete the Naga303 account registration process, which requires the provision of accurate personal details including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number.

Following initial registration, Naga303 will require completion of the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process prior to processing any withdrawal request, and in certain cases prior to activating full account functionality. KYC documentation requirements include, but may not be limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent).
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the past three months).
• Proof of payment method ownership where required (e.g., screenshot of registered e-wallet confirming name matches account details).

Naga303 targets KYC review completion within 24 hours of full document submission during standard business days. You will be notified by email of the outcome of your KYC review. We reserve the right to request additional documentation where there are reasonable grounds to do so, including but not limited to source-of-funds documentation for high-value accounts.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Naga303 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security. All deposits and withdrawals on the Naga303 Platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) through the Supported Payment Methods listed in Section 2. Cryptocurrency deposits (BTC and USDT) are converted at the prevailing rate at the time of transaction confirmation.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts are stated on the Platform's deposit page and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost Wallet, GrabPay, and DuitNow are typically credited to your account within two minutes of successful transaction confirmation.
• Deposits via FPX and direct bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong) are credited upon receipt of confirmation from the respective bank or payment gateway.
• Naga303 does not charge deposit processing fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges; these are the Member's sole responsibility.
• All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment methods verified as belonging to the registered Member. Naga303 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Withdrawal requests submitted via e-wallet are typically processed within 5 minutes. DuitNow and FPX withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. Bank wire transfers are processed within 15–60 minutes during standard banking hours.
• Withdrawal processing times stated represent the Company's standard targets. Processing times may vary during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required.
• Naga303 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks before processing any withdrawal, including for anti-money laundering (AML) compliance purposes.
• Winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements. Withdrawal of such winnings prior to fulfilment of stated wagering requirements is not permitted.

Naga303 offers various promotional incentives including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, and a tiered VIP loyalty programme. All promotions are subject to specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time the promotion is active.

The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Members only. New Member welcome bonuses are available on first qualifying deposits only.
• All bonus credit carries a wagering requirement which must be met in full before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated on each promotion's specific terms page.
• Only real-money wagers placed on eligible games and markets contribute towards wagering requirements. Different game categories may contribute at different rates (e.g., slots may contribute at 100%, live table games may contribute at a lower stated rate).
• Naga303 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a Member has accepted and partially fulfilled a promotion prior to withdrawal, the Company will assess each case reasonably.
• Abuse of bonus programmes — including but not limited to systematic low-risk wagering to clear bonus requirements (commonly known as "bonus abuse" or "bonus arbing") — is prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.
• One promotional offer per household, IP address, device, and payment method applies unless otherwise stated.

Betting on the Naga303 Platform is governed by the specific rules applicable to each product type — sports betting, live casino, RNG casino games, and any other gaming products offered from time to time. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules prior to placing any wager.

• All wagers are final once confirmed. Naga303 does not cancel or modify confirmed bets except in cases of manifest system error, event cancellation under applicable sports betting rules, or circumstances expressly covered by the relevant product rules.
• In the event of a system or pricing error that results in an incorrect odds display, Naga303 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the original stake to the Member's account balance.
• For live in-play betting, a short delay may exist between real-world events and Platform data updates. Naga303 is not liable for bets placed based on information that was accurate at time of placement but resulted in outcomes attributable to this data latency, except as covered by applicable sports betting rules.
• Mix parlay and accumulator bets are subject to the parlay terms stated on the sportsbook section of the Platform. Individual leg cancellations within a parlay are handled according to standard Asian sportsbook rules.
• Naga303 reserves the right to impose stake limits on any account at any time, at the Company's sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Naga303 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or knowingly facilitating access by a person under 21.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using automated betting systems, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any form of software designed to automate betting activity without express written consent from Naga303.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or loopholes in the Platform to place bets at incorrect odds or gain an unintended advantage.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Depositing funds originating from illegal sources or third-party accounts not registered in your own name.
• Engaging in chargebacks, disputed transactions, or any form of payment fraud involving funds deposited to the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using VPN services or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions.

All content on the Naga303 Platform — including but not limited to the Naga303 brand name, logo, website design, software, source code, text, graphics, game assets, and any other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Naga303 or its licensed content partners, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not confer any ownership rights over any Platform content.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of Naga303.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Naga303 and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, Naga303 accepts no liability for:

• Loss of profits, winnings, data, or business arising from Platform unavailability or technical faults beyond the Company's reasonable control.
• Any interruption to betting or gaming services caused by scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, or third-party infrastructure failures.
• Losses arising from a Member's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Any decisions made by a Member based on information displayed on the Platform that was subject to a data latency or technical error.

The Company's total liability to any individual Member for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Naga303 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across its entire membership. We recognise that for a small proportion of individuals, gambling may become problematic, and we maintain a suite of tools to support Members in managing their gambling activity.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all Members via their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Requests to reduce a limit take effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Members may set a maximum session duration, after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Loss Limits: Members may set a maximum loss threshold per day, week, or month.
• Cooling-Off Period: Members may request a temporary account suspension for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the Platform may request full self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months.

Naga303 strictly enforces its 21+ minimum age policy. We do not market to or solicit persons under 21, and we maintain robust age verification procedures as part of our KYC process.

Naga303 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• A Member has violated any provision of these Terms.
• A Member has engaged in fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal activity in connection with the Platform.
• Continued account operation presents a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other Members.
• A Member has initiated a chargeback or payment dispute in connection with Platform deposits.
• Regulatory or compliance obligations require account restriction or closure.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, Naga303 will communicate with the Member via the registered email address within a reasonable time frame. Where an account is terminated for cause, any Real Money Balance (net of Bonus Funds and any winnings subject to dispute) will be returned to the Member's verified payment method following the resolution of any outstanding investigation, unless the funds are subject to forfeiture under these Terms or applicable law.

Members may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to the Member's verified payment method, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal procedures.

Naga303 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide reasonable notice to registered Members via the email address associated with their account and by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at naga303.cam/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable international gaming law framework under which Naga303 holds its operating licence.

In the event of any dispute between a Member and Naga303 arising from or relating to these Terms or the Member's use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith direct negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures established under the Company's applicable regulatory framework.

The resolution of all betting disputes — including but not limited to disputes concerning game outcomes, bet settlement, and odds accuracy — shall be governed by the applicable sportsbook rules or casino game rules as published on the Platform. The Company's decision on all betting disputes shall, subject to any applicable regulatory review process, be final.
